​​Cancellation/Refund Policy

Memberships purchased before May 1st will be refunded in full if a cancellation request is made in writing to membe​rship@crestwoodpool.com before May 1st. Memberships purchased on or after May 1st are non-refundable and may not be transferred to another party.

All membership registrations are reviewed for accuracy and compliance to our requirements prior to final acceptance by Crestwood Swimming Pool Association. A pool representative will contact members as required to discuss any adjustments that need to occur to their membership application and to itemize any additional charges or refunds that may be necessary.

I/We attest, under penalty of law, that all information I/We have provided in conjunction with this membership application is true and complete to the best of my/our knowledge and belief.  I/we hereby execute this Application as evidence of and with the understanding that this submittal may be used as verification of all facts and information provided.  In the event that any misrepresentations of fact or untrue statements are discovered by Crestwood, I/we understand and agree that all privileges and rights may be revoked in accordance with the Bylaws of the Crestwood Swimming Pool Association.
